Words fail me.

I too have not seen John for sometime, but am shellshocked by this news.

Spent many an hour talking about all sorts of motor vehicles in his upstairs office, he had some fabulous tales about his motoring exploits over the years. A proper genuine enthusiastic bloke and petrolhead ...

Would this be a useful socket set to work on the BX with?

Hello chaps,

this is a rather good offer at the mo, but wondered how useful it would be for working on the BX?

Hi Rich,

thanks for the reply,

spark plugs might well be the next port of call.

Question for the techies out there, can anyone tell me if there is a specific sparkplug tool I need to buy, and also does it need an extension arm or something, I seem to remember they are a long way down....?

Anyone ...

She doesn't want to start again

Hello chaps,

after my 4 figure repair bill, the BX has been sat outside.

Started fine on Tuesday, not taken out anywhere, but started perfecty.

Yesterday evening, Darren was going to take her over to Southend, but she would not start.

Battery is fine, was turning very healthily, but only ...

If it's not too late, and there is a final decision on the co.uk/com, I would like to go for a pair for the inside please.

Cheers

I'm not really into cleaning cars (I prefer driving them  ) but the Elise is a great car. Is it K-series, or later Toyota power?

Me too, but I've never had one with this good a paint job :D

It's a 111S, so the VVC K series, 160bhp.

Both the 111R (190bhp) and Toyota 111S (134bhp I think ...

Very interesting Adrian, be intrigued to see what you can unearth.

I would like to make a 'live on the database' guess, and I think we all should just for a bit of fun - or something :D

Phase I's: 55
Phase II's: 132

Overdue update, but then only picked the car up yesterday

The rad flow tested fine, and it did end up being an HGF, so various complications, and me not needing the car means he has had the car for 2 months!

Now got to run it in for 600 miles, and keep it below 3000rpm to start with.

Has ...
