Update- tentatively fixed.

Back door- adjusted the door lock pin, cleaned seals, seems to be fixed.

Front door, well, grab a cuppa.

When i bought the car, the door drains were blocked, and had to repair some rust. No drama.

And I thought i would add a couple extra holes, so it wouldnt happen ...

just mold it in siliocone, and run urethane copies. Easy as pie.
