The reason I asked is because I'm on the third of those now. Each one has made a difference to the engine's feeling. First one wore out out - got dead spots. On the second one, the engine felt hesitating but without flat spots. Now on the third one it pulls right, but got lumpy at idle... And its li...

I recently fitted a new belt as well - also tightening it until it didnt slap the cover. Normally, I used the rear spanner most as just a guidance for the belt, but this time I played with the tightening of it. And it seems that loads of torque can be had, if you tighten the spanner at the rear most...

Interesting. I think my front pipe is an original oem, because it has lasted for the 6½ years i got the car and its also got the long split. Thats why when the original cat were worn out, I reused the downpipe, welded a pipe on for a couple of months until I could afford a replacement one, which I w...

Did anyone ever find a way to replace the "flap-meter" with a sensor? Like a converter board to pass on the right signals to the ECU?

Hi guys. Well I have the opposite opinion on Bosal exhausts. I had one on my valver - and not only did it rust pretty quick (two years and replacement needed), it also held back the engines power because of the stretched bendings that varied in diameter all the way. I cannot say for the front pipe, ...
