Gosh, that seems to represent a good buy for someone. I know it's a bit odd considering £12,000 (as it would've been then) as a 'good buy' for a BX, but if I had the money..... 8)

I wasn't sure the road-going car had 300 bhp though.

No, something different this time! It's open to ALL Citroëns you see. There's a DS, an SM and a couple of Xantias signed up in addition to a Visa (possibly) and a smattering of BXs.

No, it's a project I'm trying to get sorted for 2011, and take on the 2012 Citroen Classic Challenge. Actually, this is more accurately what I hope to do. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c121/Citroenesque/rallygs9.jpg Now that 'Kermit', my team-mate and I have the MSA Blue Book at hand - but as ye...

7" round spotlights

Anyone got a pair or two of these knocking about? Cibie or Hella would be good. But anything really. Must be complete, but covers not essential (unless Cibie). Yellow a bonus. e-mail me at citroenclassicATbtopenworld.com ta!

Personally I prefer the top one, as it reflects the actual badges on the cars. The lower one is OK too, but does beg the question why it is almost the same, but not quite?

Anyway let's see what the consensus is.

I might alter the spacing on the BX 16V bit TBH. Although it is 'accurate' in that it is what's on the car badge, it might need tweaking IMHO.

Well we need to see how it pans out. I do need a car to lavish my attention on next tear in preparation for the Classic Challenge in May 2012. 8)

Mike, what do the regulations say about a former Phase 1 owner (who incidentally did sell it to get a Phase 2 as permitted) wanting to 'return to the fold?' (Matt? :D )

No particular worries, Tim. It's just that if I do get another BX, they usually have mismatched or damaged rear lights in my experience! No rush. And if you want to sell them to a more needy cause then fine.

I will have a bash (not literally) at the Tailblazer later this week.

Liz wanted the Tailblazer for the BX GTi, but I said NO. ;)

Re: Lights... Swap for the Tailblazer, Tim? (I don't have a good pair of these tinted lights... actually the ones on my GTi aren't a particularly happy match either...)
