c5 is ready to rumble


I can't imagine drive my ass in anything else than citroen (I my secret dream is Toyota supra MK IV but that's not daily car c5 is )

Project is stopped, because of my C5. The seal between head and engine block is f*cked (on one head)....... so 16v is out of garage and I'm mentaly preparing myself for change the seal on c5... (mentaly and financially)

Hi, so T16 is in progress now :) Whole engine was checked by the best specialist I know. Have new scrapers ring o-rings (not sure about these expresions :lol: ), head was checked, valeves were arranged et cetera et cetera. Now is my wonderful 16v engine going out (so many memories, so many races won...

I know.. what's better than 6° gearbox.. use classic 5° and the last wheen(fifth) change with BX TD fifth wheel... U can make 260 at highway

Darja, if You need any info regarding T16 engine or transplant, feel free to contact me. There are a lot of things needed to be done if You want to put the engine into 2WD car retaining original ECU or running different turbo, as it is very complex. What are Your plans anyway? Engine geometry? Turb...

That block is a XU10 not 1.9.... The white part is it painted or powder coated? I am realy suprised... I you sure? 'Cause I thing, that is holder for4 0.5 l beers :roll: Oh Geeeeee!:-D Of course it's not 1.9, T16 is not 1.9.. it's not even aluminium block, it's cast iron block.. pretty heavy :shock:

Is the turbo of the T16 located above the gearbox?

there must be done some changes... because in BX is not enought space for turbo. The best solution is put battery in trunk and put turbo on this place.

surjit25: without gearbox, I've injection, ecu etc... it was around 1100 EUR...

add seats: It's not white, it's light silver... alcantra's easy to clean. I use foam from Sonax specialy made for alcantra. I don't have any children..
