What is the best way to remove the skirts on the front and rear fenders?

I already got the skirts from the sills removed with lots of heat.

I need both the front and rear skirt on the sill of the right hand of the car
And the skirt on the right rear fender. (see photo)

Mine are cracked, they probably could be repaired, but I'd rather use a part without damage or repairs
