I received the missing hose a couple of months ago. So I'm very happy with Stu's service.

With regard to hose 6 I had no trouble fitting this to the engine so I cannot see why this was the case.
Do you have a mk1 or a mk2?

Ah, so that's the problem! I have connected the 2 x 90 degrees hose to the heater and found it it fitted only just. So now I still have an unreplaced hose somewhere. I used a red adhesive tape for my front bumper till I find something better. From a distance it's hard to tell the difference. Just don't come too close. :D

That's right. The red kit has gone, but maybe black and blue are still available. Plus the good news is that a company over here in Holland is eager to make a complete new set. I promised the guy that he can get my old set after installing the new one, so he can send them to the silicone plant to ma...

Just ordered the last red kit. Think it will look great on the car and no tearing coolant hoses anymore in the first decade or so.

That's somewhat peculiar. Your steering wheel is on the right side of the car if you drive on the wrong side of the road. Where's the logic?

Nope, that isn't war, that's semantics as I have explained numerous times to my highly regarded British friends. What's the opposite of right? Wrong! So if we drive at the right side of the road, you....

Yes indeed, she could be the Grey Lady's sister, even though she's missing the fog lights and has the steering wheel at the wrong side of the car. :)
