Searched and searched before..... It was after cleaning the engine out, and sometimes there was no voltage to the coil....

The torque is low in the middle because of the heavy fuelling, caused by a faulty fuel pressure regulator. Even on idle it's lumpy after a minute after cold start, and always between 2000 and 5000 rpm.

first of all, check the mass with an Ohm mtr. it's the problem with older cars, and when you have an other aerial, check the amplifier of it.

ok then, i look at it....

just replace the lot with a alfa 164 item with the same bosch nr., found alot on the scrapheap.

check your ignition lock and your 12v supply of your fusebox

You mean the 2 first pipes in-from the manifold?

It's not the airfuelmeter, it's not the igniion cables, what's it then? Many pages are written with no def answer. I suspect overall bad connections through the electric cables, so that's why i'm changing the conections now.

And how's the idling, when hot and cold engine?
Have the same problems here with an "88 16v, with D6c xu9j4 engine.
Think it's also a bad electronic contact somewhere, but haven's sorten it out yet in a few years. going to renew al the electric contacts by new ones, with the original cables, only 2 ...
