Just to wrap the thread up...Rossco collected the car yesterday...it even started with a wee bump start after being stood for the best part of a year.....

No doubt he'll be along with some photos of it once he gets it back on the road... :wink:

Surely be better to stick a pump and starter on it second hand and MOT it mate? You'll get buttons for it like that, and without that green tape stuff its surely gotta be worth bigger money due to its appearance and rarity? After posting that I'm selling my phase I after two-ish years of ownership, it occured to me that my phase II is the car that I have owned the longest.....ever... :shock: Out of all my past wheels, the Black Beast has been giving me pleasure (and some grief) since Feb. 93, coming up for 14 years.......
