Just to wrap the thread up...Rossco collected the car yesterday...it even started with a wee bump start after being stood for the best part of a year.....

No doubt he'll be along with some photos of it once he gets it back on the road...

Surely be better to stick a pump and starter on it second hand and MOT it mate?
