Hi David,
We've met before - I sold you a set of SD1 alloys a while back, and I said if you ever put your car up for sale, I'd be in touch. Well, I'm now getting in touch.
My email is kadams@aronline.co.uk - drop me an email and we'll talk about me picking up this car from you.
Regards,
Keith

Timmo, Thanks for your kind comments - they're much appreciated. Anyway, there's more to come from that series - but it seemed fitting to start with the BX 16V, a subject I have a degree of passion about. I hope it's done some good for the cause... And if you could post me a link for the thread, I'm...

Performance French Car magazine
Hi all, I was asked to write a piece about the 16V for PFC magazine (now under new ownership, let's see where it goes), and was surprised that none of you have picked up on the fact... It's a four-page colourful feature, nicely sympathetic to the cause, and all positive stuff for the car... I suppos...

16V still wanted
Still looking for that elusive black P2 16V
I saw one recently on eBay, but the seller ended early. Arrgh
If anyone's in the mood to sell, let me know please If it helps sweeten the deal, it'd be appearing in Practical Classics magazine...

White P2 in Corby
Hi all,
Spotted a white P2 in Corby today. Reg number F230 LES. As the car was registered in March 1990, I'm guessing that he transfered the Les plate for vanity reasons.
Perhaps he has a pair of BXs as I do keep seeing F***LES on a TZD Turbo of similar vintage. Either way it looked tidy

I think I can shed some light on this one :) I did indeed sell my black 16V to a chap ion Norfolk, and retained the number plate for myself. That plate, GXI 9500, lived on a few Rovers before finding a home on my tuned Saab 9000 Aero. The black 16V you probably saw probably belongs to a chap from Up...

Okay not the greatest picture of all time, but they do at least confirm it's a 90K BX 16V... I really wouldn't mind it myself, but I'm hoping that someone here decides they want it more - and saves it. http://www.austin-rover.co.uk/misc/ebay_01.jpg http://www.austin-rover.co.uk/misc/ebay_02.jpg http...
