CCC National Rally 2023 - #BX40UK
While I've taken far too long in writing this up, hopefully, the long read (or quick flick through pictures) on the BXProjet blog will be worth it, especially if you couldn't make the event your selves. Re: Rough Idle 1.6 GTi
Thats a crazy fault, and must have been a nightmare to track down. I wonder if I'm having similar issues with my valver as that really bogs down when the pump kicks in. Thanks for sharing

The BX Sphere
While there is a tonne of information about the 'right' sphere for the Citroen BX floating around 'the net', the more I looked, the more confusing it got. To pull all the information together and dispel some of the more regular myths, I've pulled together a rather long and winding article on the BX ...

Citroën BX – XPO – A-pillar Painting. Again! – Eps28 Despite Episode 27's distraction, I really need to push on with the A-pillar painting, again. How well will it come out this time? https://bxproject.co.uk/blog/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/XPO_Pt28_Intro.png https://bxproject.co.uk/blog/citroen-bx-...

Citroën BX – XPO – Unpainting the A-pillar – Eps26 In the previous article, the repairs on XPO were finally completed and repainted. However, I soon find I'm unpainting the A-pillar 😭 Soul destroying would be one way to describe it https://bxproject.co.uk/blog/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/XPO_Eps26_I...

Re: Who's on the road (or could be), who is Not?
Officially ran out of MOT yesterday. Grrr, far too busy to be pissing about with it. ABS light stays on for the first 5 minutes of driving. Annoyingly this has also been the first year in which I've owned the car that the ABS has worked as expected!

Rear ABS sensor for Brian King
Hello All,
Brian King, who some of you might know, is in need of a nearside rear ABS sensor for his valver.
Anyone got one?
He's struggling to log in, but I have his contact details

Re: Tracking down dad's old BX
J188 TKV hasn't been seen for a very long time, and isn't in the BX16v register (which is fed into the broader UK Bx Register) Looking on DVLA check, the last log book was issued in 1997, and although the car is showing as SORN, I'd suspect it predates digital records and is actually no longer with ...

My poor thing has stayed continuously on the road for three years now. Even took it on a run to Madchester last week. Still confuses the youth on the motorway as they try to keep up

Citroën BX – XPO – The Big Cut – Eps22 I simply couldn't put it off any longer. Time to put on my big boy pants and fire up the grinder. The day had come for the Big Cut. And after all the build-up, it could have gone better! https://bxproject.co.uk/blog/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/XPO_Pt22_Intro.pn...
