Hi all. Been outside allday today trying to get my head round the problem, I managed to get the second fan working by changing things round slightly. I removed one of the motor wires from one of the relays and earthed it, Result is second fan now comes on at 90, and keeps the temperature from rising...

Hi Vanny.

No the car does not have air con, Twin fans look like they have always there,keeps the water temp dead on 90 degrees normal running, and a little over in traffic.

Yes I tried a direct feed this morning to one of the fans and it ran ok. Also I changed both the relays and they just click aswell. The fuses are all ok. I am starting to loose my patience now.

Fans stopped working.

Hi All, decided today to change the flow valve,radiator out, twin fans out.Took around 4 hours, job done. Radiator refilled and hydraulics pressurized,no leaks, fantastic. Left car running while I cleaned up, after ten minutes thought thats odd fans should have kicked in by now, checked guage and it...

Sorry i did not see you,just wanted to get on the M6, and get home. The car does look good for 185000 miles, but still some work to be done. Glad to hear the bumper was ok and will be fitted soon.
