Had the same problem on mine last year, i expect 1 or both of the ball joints on the linkage have come apart that are underneath the car not far from the gearbox pop it back on and should get you home. Mine were both worn so had them replaced to be sure. Don't worry it wont cost a fortune :lol: Jez

Well for £25 i am well chuffed :P. Went out for a spin last night and did about 15 miles. It now seems to pull a bit better at lower revs than it did before, say like in 3rd at 30mph and then floor it, also when the power comes in at 4.5k i think it now revs a lot harder plus with the increased rev ...

Well the chip arrived today 8) , its all fitted and tested and the car runs fine with it in. Not really tried it out that much yet but it defo has a raised rev limit, i chickened out at 7.5k and 60 mph in second. I will take the car out for a blat later and have a play about with it under the cover ...
