Petrol is the devils fuel and if i can find a decent reason to put another diesel engine in i will, but so far its NOT looking good for the dirty fue...

Theres no question over its future. Its safe, but it will probably be having some time out. I'm saving for a house with the g/f right now and to be honest I may not be able to get anything sorted until thats all done in a year or so's time. But I'll do whatever it takes to hang onto the car until th...

Derv engine is over pressurising, spitting out all the water then over heating! Ha...

She finally caved

Sad day :( The 16v expired in a big puddle of oil tonight. It had been leading to it for a while. Cracked windscreen, constantly creaking nearly seized rear arms, no PAS, a gearbox which was very hard to engage gear, loud noisy tappets, duff oil pressure gauge, major on and off LHM leaks, cracked ex...

Re: Retracking AFM

OK, novice question alert. What does "retracking" the AFM actually mean? Cleaning, replacing the track...? The top of mine has been taken off and then glued back down again, I want to know what I'm doing before I butcher it further. Reason I ask is, my 16v has been failing to start from h...
