Been down the shed and lo and behold - 2 pumps!

And they are different.

One has an entry point alongside the pulley in a cast section extending from the main body. The second has an entry point behind the pulley on the main body.

2 row from comb onwards includes bulkhead grommet, relays, injection loom etc. It all appears to be there.

If the internal diameter of the filter is 65-70 mm, it should be ok based on the adptor sizing. TBH all the AFMs I've seen require the top hat style adaptor for aftermarket cone type filters. Maybe J plates are different.

The season is over. Round 10 at Brands Hatch was carmageddon. Race one started 22nd and was 10th by Druids on lap one unfortunately we were attacked by an Integra damaging the steering. Red flag. Seems like I'm right about the 16v value being on the up. So does anyone fancy a grey H plate with blown head gasket?
