I presume yours are the original Ph1 ARB's Gary? Whreas i believe the Ph2's are thicker (22/25mm respectively)... i think...

Neighbour of mine was at Brands at the weekend and watched Bertie going round.

Cue a half hour yap about mine and the couple he'd owned in the past, all while i was desperately rushing to wire up the towing electrics!

As far as i remember, they are all fed from one circuit together.

Have you checked the copper tracks on the back of the binnacle aren't broken/detriorated?

Perhaps check for continuity from the input plug to the track at each bulb? Particularly if you have a string of them out.

Nearly 10 years i've had my 16V now, unfortunately been sat in the garage for the past 6 of them mid-transformation!

Still rocking around in a BX though as a second car.

Pump relay, is it clicking when you turn the key?
Fuel pump, any noise from it?

It their age now, pumps pack up without warning or reasoning :roll:
