Could this help save a few 16V from cannibals?
I've owned my 16V since June 2000 and as far back as I can remember, there has always been this "thing" between 16V/Mi16 owners and the 205 brigade as regards at times reasonable - good cars being stripped for the mechanicals to be stuck in the 205s. http://www.aussiefrogs.com/forum/graeml...

Well guys, if you've got an hour or three to spend (cold nights, nothing on the forums etc) there's some very interesting reading on things associated with this car that happened a couple of years back. We discovered by accident, that back in the early 90s there existed 6 BX16Vs specially made to be...

He ran a Fraud Falcon through it this afternoon; extremely impressive. I'm off doing a return 2000 klms straight through drive returning the bloody truck he used to bring it home on at 4am in the morning, but have to say it seems, according to the info I've found on them, to be the way of the future...

Latest addition to the "tool box"
The eldest son just got back from down south with this on the back of the truck: http://www.mrtrally.com.au/performance/DynaPack.htm They're made in New Zealand and are apparently a revolutionary development in dyno designs. Has anyone here seem or used one? More info here: http://www.dynapack.com/d...

I liked the wheels and the colour, wasnt impressed by the bodykit. It's a shame that someone has put a lot of time, effort, money and skill into something that a lot of people think just looks bloody stupid . People like Sbarro have been making a living out of doing things like that for years. Pers...

I'd be inclined to drain the LHM, clean the filters, run hydraflush in the system and replace the hose clips at the LHM tank and pump intake and see how much difference that makes. It could be something serious, but my thoughts are that it could also be a combination of dirty filters and air contami...

Very much modified BX
Has anyone seen this before? http://fashion-magic-car34.skyrock.com/4.html Before you get out the angle grinder and the bog mixer, have a look at the amount of detailed bodywork he's done. Not everybodys cuppa tea, but must raise the profile of the BX. If it goes as well as it looks, it'd be a firec...

I would be careful about how much crap and stuff gets into that area, but in all honesty, I'd reckon that for every 100 ECUs that get replaced you'd be lucky if 2 really needed it. Rather than being the work of the devil we all tend to look at them as, the ECU is possibly one of the least troublesom...

The number of these I've done work on and found the spark plug leads not actually firmly connected to the topp of the plug, I've lost count of. They will jam both at the point where the rubber on the lead goes down the porcelain as well as that big square knob at the top where it fits in the valley ...

Check here: http://www.rwbsmith.plus.com/citroen2/Hydraulics/hydraulics.pdf Go to page 13 through to 17, then look at page 29 for pics of accumulator/PR and F/D. Scan through other pages with emphasis on page 39 where it gives detailed instruction on connections you may have disturbed and reposition...
