I've just noticed your injectors, aren't Gti & 16v Bosch injectors usually black with a yellow top ?

Hi Mike, no it's not the clonking thing, I may be picking up some cheap new non 16v calipers so I'll need to change the yokes to accomodate the 16v's thicker discs.

That doesn't sound good Rossco, can only be the pinnion valve or the rubber coupling thats allowing that sort of lower column movment :shock:

the downpipe should be split to continue the 4>2>1 design, without it, it becomes a 4>1 type which tend to favour top end power, so you may have a small gain at the top but at the expense of lower rpm power/torque. they'll be fine, 195/55/15's are only 6mm taller than the standard 195/60/14's, so your speedo will just read 140 instead of 142 :lol:
