What ho gents! Alas my rather aged (1987/8) truck is only really used for local-ish runs. I normally only do about 80-100 mile max round trips, though that`s mostly due to laziness rather than anything else. If anyone needs a hand in the West Cheshire area then drop me a pm on here or the BX club fo...

The Holbay lump was a marvellous thing by all accounts and I think made it into a few cars. The Hunter GLS was a right old flying machine for example, and didn`t the wonderful looking (in my opinion) Rapier Coupe also have the Holbay fitted? I still kick myself now after having being offered a Hunte...

Aye, I remember the Tiger. Nice looking cars in their day (always had a soft spot for Rootes cars) and pretty quick too. A lad I worked with a few years ago had a Sunbeam Ti, Christ that thing was quick. He reckoned it weighed less than a bag of crisps and had a cracking engine even as standard, tho...

Brilliant cars, utterly reliable and will soak up big miles easily. As for the pictures I`ll say: Fiat Marea, Daewoo (Tecuma?) and Subaru (Legacy?). Personal choice for me out of all would be your car first closely followed by the Subaru and the other two would be so far down the page they`d drop of...

Newbie (oldie really) calling!
Good evening peeps, nice looking site and as I know it`s run by one or two great BX owners I`m sure it`ll go from strength to strength. Some of the 16V gang may not know me but `common or garden` BX owners may have encountered me before! I`ve been running BX`s for a couple of years now and the bug h...
