well, the thing is, vanny, The rear subframe mounts have gone and they seemed hard to get hold of. It needs a clutch and I really can't be bothered with the hassle of worrying about that transfer box once it's done. I know you said it would be ok with a bit of sealant but still, I'd always be expect...

A little too late I'm afraid.. I spent the money on a Kawasaki ZX9R. But now I've got that.. my focus will be on turning my broken (rear subframe mounts - hard to get hold of it seems) bx gti 4x4 into a 16valve track car. Hoping to sell the 4x4 bits to fund it all. If you'd have come a bit earlier :)

WAnted BX 16valve with MOT, not a restoration project.

Are there any 16valves for sale?

Not a restoration project and with an MOT. Got money to spend on a car and a search on autotrader looking at bland mundanos etc has brought me back here.

Cheers

£500 would be perfect for a 16valve. unfortunately, I checked insurance and I'm paying £750 on my 4x4, £1599 for a 16v. I think ebay I'm afraid :( Change insurance companies, stat! That's the cheapest quote I've found.. used all the comparison websites and rang a couple too... a good £300 cheaper t...

Mk1 16valve interior for sale

Hi guys I'm selling a mk1 16valve black/grey stripe interior. As far as I can tell it's pretty spotless apart from one small cigarette burn in one of the front seats. The rear seats are perfect. £150 I'm selling everything from the passenger compartment except all the driver controls so if anyone wa...

used 4x4 transfer box input shaft and gearbox output

I'm wondering if anyone has a transfer box input shaft for the 4x4's and an output shaft from the gearbox. I've got a gti 4x4 and although the splines haven't stripped, I fear they will.. and some people I've been speaking to have knackered shafts. I'm a design engineer and design clutches for truck...
