TD Hurricane Phase 1 lookalike in Triton green!
As the title says! am selling my TD its a J reg car in Triton green and has the 16v Phase 1 look. I've had it for about 7 years and anything thats needed doing has been done! Am still working this out - see other thread on adjusting rthe cogged wheel in the AFM - don't do it unless you have access to rolling road or a wide band llambda to stick up the pipe and watch whilst under load. mine still isn't quite right either can get idle good but not at same time as part thro...

If you want a prpoer job of the wheels be carefull, a lot of refurbs use a plastic coat type of finish which is quite thick and cracks! which is worse than you started with! better to find a grit balster to clean them up, mine charges 20 per wheel, but a bit dependant on pattern - 16v ones are easy!...

All shafts are physically interchangeable except early suitcase engines, all 1.9 Gti and TD are fine and exactly the same, some of the 1.6 and normal D use smaller CV joints, but the inner shaft is the same on most, for reference if your using second hand and mixing and matching, some TDs around J r...
