but anyway, here are some more pics of my contraption  Don't mind how horribly dirty my valver is at the moment, in winter with all the snow and rain and salt and mud and crap I just can't be bothered to clean the interior, that's one of the things that'll have to wait until spring 8) http://ww...

I don't think it was DP, Mark has his own resources for this kind of work. Allthough DP is a rather big name with the XU engines. They've produced a Pug 205 GTI fitted with a XU10J4 RFS engine with a ginormous Garret GT30R turbo. Check it out on youtube (I would supply a link but Yt is blocked from ...

hahaha that would be good! Always nice to see this kind of work in progress, I must say that this cable thing was the thing that costed me the most time. Mostly because you don't really need it to drive with the 6-speeder but without it there's no way anybody else can drive your car. And offcourse w...

yeah it's like that :D with a normal 16V you can keep up nicely with most new cars but this is just goddamn insane  If you like you can register at www.bxsportief.com/forum the owner of the Dutch Rotrex valver is Mark Beek, his forum name is beek3762 It's one of the best upgrades I've ever seen...

Oh no, it's not like that mate :D but in the beginning when I just had my 6-speeder installed (but not yet the cable), when shifting from 5th to 6th sometimes I would push the stick a bit too much to the right and as such allmost pushing it in reverse, after about 6 months I got tired of that (also ...

There you go mate: (click for a lager picture) http://www.mechuccio.nl/foto/citroen/BX16V/onderhoud/6-bakkabel/cablet.jpg Hope this clears it up a bit. It looks unbelivably cheap (and it is!) but it has been like this for allmost two years now. If you need more (detailed) pics then let me know. I'm ...

Hi mate, I've made a terrible simple solution for this. With some wire I just connected the cable to my gearstick so it has to be lifted. I think a picture will explain mor, I'll make one this afternoon. I've been fiddeling with a lock-system for about 6 months (constantly jamming my gearbox in reve...

Nice work!
One of the Dutch valvers had a Rotrex installed too, I've driven it once and its pure madness. Allmost instantly hitting the rev limiter in the first three gears.
It's a goddamn beast I tells ya!

Hey MoRtYMer, I've had the pug 15" speedlines under my valver and previous BX. In my case the tyre size was 205/55R15 which was fine, I had a very small difference on my speedo. But HERE'S a nice tool to compare different sizes and see what it'll do to the speedo. http://www.mechuccio.nl/foto/c...

The system as shown on my picture is the standard 16V MK1 tensioning system. (as my MK2 is fitted with somewhat of an MK1 engine it has the same) When the tension is too low on the belt it slips like hell. But actually the system with the tensioner is easier to set up than my system because you can ...

Maybe you can alter it so it won't need the tensioner anymore, the MK1 I've been working on as well as my MK2 (with catless 157HP engine) hasn't got the tensioner. These strings are tensioned with a metal bar holding the pump, by pushing the pump down and locking it on that bar it's tensioned. Offco...

I just sent you a message on the BX club forum.
I've got one for you, we'll just need to sort out what the shipping cost will be.
I'll try to find out what the shipping costs are to get it over to your house!
