No I've not ordered it. Can't justify the price at the moment to have it as a spare. If I needed another I would probably go for it.

It would be far too hard to adapt the Xantia Activa setup to the BX. Better off starting with a Xantia Activa.

One of those threads had some peoples set ups.

I had Xantia double diaphragm's on mine but swopped back to regassed Valver spheres, which is nice for a daily.

Great to see all the Valvers at the track!

Shame about your head! May be a good excuse to do some work to it?
I'm sure you've seen this.

Welcome!

Hopefully Gary C will be along soon to tell you about Bertie!
I've not tracked mine so I can't really comment.

Nice LHM, fresh rear arm bearings and greased up front struts would help I'm sure.

A Quaife would make a big difference to!

Mine is on stands awaiting me to get stuck into the octopus job, as well as heater tap manifold and driveshaft boot.

I did build a new shed for it though!

I had another look at this and decided to tie hose 14 to hose 6 near where 6 joins the radiator. This has moved hose 14 up and away from the pulley which should fix the problem I had. http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2856/8755727646_6b0d9706d2_c.jpg Untitled by tyro.chris , on Flickr http://farm4.stati...

Hi all, I have a question for those who have fitted the hoses and have an Airconditioned valver. When I fitted the hoses I strapped down hose 14 nice and tight with around 5 mm clearance from the aircon pulley. This is a fair bit less than standard as the silicone pipes have a larger external diamet...

Heater Tap/Valve

Hi,

I need the heater tap/valve pipes that sits in the firewall.
I have a good spare in a parts car, but I've had a few of these break in the same way so I'm after a new one if anyone can source it?

No luck down here.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Timmo, Spoox have them: http://www.spoox.co.uk/en/bx/2945-citroen-bx-16v-distributor-cap.html http://www.spoox.co.uk/en/bx/2950-citroen-bx-16v-rotor-arm.html Not sure how they go on price, probably a bit expensive - look like the original equipment though. Maybe give GSF a call also? Cheers, Chris.
