Sounds like a high resistance starter solonoid.
They quite often work ok when cold but snuff it when there's some heat in them..

Have you tried bridging the trigger to the big positive terminal?

Yeah, MiG with a spot shroud, full power, high wire speed, 2 seconds a spot, job done! Although I usually stick a few self tapping screws in here and there to locate it all before plugging away. Oh, and dont use the same gluppy red rubbish that Citroën used to glue the wing to the lower edge of the ...

It's pretty easy mate. There's two spot welds where it joins the outrigger, one above and one below the cut out for the bumper support bracket. There's seven spot welds across the top of the wing that you can see in the second pic. There's two more spots where the wing folds over the back end of the...

Can be worthwhile, but equally it's pretty easy to rebuild an injector for not alot of outlay like Luke said TBH. Certainly these injectors do lose spray pattern quite quickly, but if you're hoping that an injector overhaul will transform the power and how the engine runs then you will almost certai...

3.2BHP is about the top whack of draw, but there are many things to consider that govern how hard the pump works, and that varies depending on the RPM of the engine. I thought the Mi16 had a pump in the same place as the BX, but I'm probably wrong, it's been years since I've looked at a 405Mi. But i...

I'm talking about the gearbox box that comes in the Xantia 2.0 16v and 406 16v. I suspect it is the same used in the 405 2.0 mi 16, right? I'm pretty sure the gearing is shorter on the 405 Mi 2.0 than the Xantia or 406 box. The 2.0 Xantia box is pretty tall geared. But yes, they'll all bolt on a D6C.

Cit / Pug box is the same, it's only the rods that differ, they're interchangable either way.

If the box is from a P2 valver it's a Be3.
The main difference between the Be1 and Be3 is the Be1 has reverse next to first on a dogs leg and the Be3 has reverse on the end of fifth.
