PM's

Hi all, I've sent a couple of PM's in the last day. I'm just wondering if it's normal for them to just sit in my outbox and not be in my sent box?

Cheers,
Chris.

Off the road as of yesterday.

I spilt an entire large icedcoffee on the centre console (gear stick and that pocket under the radio) and drivers seat.

So seats are out, centre console is out. Hoping I don't have to take the carpet out, it doesn't look like it made it in there but I'll have to see.

Replacement hose is received and installed so the car is back on the road. Not fun getting the original hose clamp off the old hose at the heater matrix.

Sorry chaps never got around to the photos but I've had 3 apart now and all through the wash, it's fairly straight forward. Vanny posted some photos on the various forums for future reference: http://www.bxproject.co.uk/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3818 http://www.bxclub.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?...

I should be receiving my replacement hose soon, finally got around to emailing Steward, who was a real gent.

Had to use the bottom hose this week before our annual Grand Display of French Cars as the existing hose was kaput. The replacement fit perfectly.

Thanks Vanny,

I've got a pretty torn up one that I'm using as my daily seat base. I'll take that apart in the next couple of weeks and take some photos as I go.

Cheers,
Chris

Seat Fabric - How do I tightening up the fabric on the base.

Hi Guys, Does anyone know how this is done? My father mentioned Alan S had done a write up on it on the Aussiefrogs forum, but this must have been lost in the crash. I'm wondering how I go about tightening up the chains? that pull that metal bars down to keep the seat fabric tightly down into the gr...

Hi guys,

Any chance that any of the following rose jointed gear linkages could fit and work in the BX? There had to be some cross over right?

205, 309, AX, Saxo, ZX, 405
