It's not the end of the world but it is very noticable. Do you know anyone with a GTi6? If so, take it for a spin and see.

U-turns are where you notice it the most and also low speed parking maneuvers.

At speed there's no issue.

I would also be looking for a Rotrex but would want full stand alone management with a MAP sensor (definitely want o2 and knock sensing which I don't have atm) From the reading I have done, the centrifugal chargers can actually allow air to pass back through the impeller. So a dump valve isn't as im...

Don't think there is one TBH. Just something you have to put up with as the box is physically longer than the 5spd.

Re: Fitting Peugeot Nimrods on a BX

I've been asked by a Australian guy called Chris Why 15 inch? they look crap,go for the 16 inch ones they will look much better. One thing to take note of. Not sure if it's the same everywhere, but in NZ tyre choice in 16" is absolutely crap and if you do find something good it will be far mor...

Hi there. I haven't read the whole thread, so please feel free to flame me if this has already been mentioned  Is your car LHD or RHD? because you are going to basically lose all of your right hand turning lock. I mean it will be ridiculously bad. My brothers GTi 6 has trouble making it round s...

Also, if you are able to provide others (i.e me  ) with a list of what was required to get the supercharger done and working, that would be amazing.

Keen to charge my 4bie at some point

Vane Type to Hotwire AFM Conversion

Hey Guys

Does anyone know what difficulties may be involved? I'm hoping the signals given between hotwire and vane type AFM's will be similar. Hopefully fitting one, wiring it in and making sure it's giving the right signal will be the gist of it?

Any other considerations?
