Same, but check and see whether your wing nut is still wound on first! Wings are pretty flimsy, so be gentle but they do come off.

Some comments from the chap who's developed the software to remap the EPROM chips on these ECUs, having sent him the files from the Powerchip. Thanks, that showed me where the missing byte was straight away. I've heard some not-so-good reports about powerchips, and now I know why. Here's the WOT tar...

FAO Anyone who has a Superchip fitted

Get rid of it!! :x I'm working on a program that can read the maps on the EPROM chips and adjust them on Motronic 4.1 ECUs. I had to have a file downloaded from a spare chip I had (which had a Superchip map). I'd already removed the chip as it was doing some strange things on the rolling road - the ...

Rolling Road Day

As we've got no 'Events' section on the forum, I thought I'd offer up the RR day offer I've also posted on BX Club:

http://www.bxclub.co.uk/forum/viewtopic ... 95&start=0

Same deal applies to all who are interested. :)

You can still tax when you've got existing tax but if it's SORN they make you wait, as you could just drive round with 14days free!

But yeah, two pink valvers!

Passed MOT a couple of days ago and insured for £135 for the year. Just waiting for the month to end and she'll be all taxed up and ready to be used in uneconomical infrequent journeys, one of which will be ICCCR.
