Just keeping you updated on the progress with the Zx , I've just ordered a full set of Toyo proxes T1R Tyres , managed to get them for £240 for four so not too bad , they did pretty well in a autoexpress group test so I thought I would give them a try , also this weekend with all the torrential rain...

Took the zx for it's first drive this afternoon after putting a years tax on her, thought I would have a run into Derbyshire with my wife , even though it was raining heavy it was a fantastic drive even though I couldn't really push it due to potential earbashing . The handling is very sharp and the...

Sorry to have to post this on here but I thought someone might have an idea , I want to change the battery on my Zx16v but will this affect the keypad immobiliser ? Can't ask my mechanic friend as he is abroad for 2 weeks and I was looking at putting a new battery on this week , thanks , Mark

My guess would be 86 phase 1's and 125 phases 2's , I know back in the day the 16v was quite an expensive car and quite a few started life as company cars , 3 out of the four I had were ex fleet , f833 lnm bought at 4 years old for £3000 with 79k and fsh , g433 ybh 3 years old 80k fsh and £2700 and ...

Your right about the hard ride on the zx Adrian , the 2 volcane's I had years ago were a lot softer riding but still very grippy , I have really only drove the car 100miles home and due to waiting to tax her she's not been off the drive yet , but it was a great drive home you could tell the this car...

Yes Dan the fk1000p is a paint sealant but can be used on wheels etc it has a very high temperature resistance , it gives the look of another coat of clearcoat on your paint a bit like dipping your car in glass , it costs £17.95 for a big tin which will last for ages , I promise you won't regret try...

Will be getting a new battery this week (the biggest I can get) , as for the tyres there is quite a price hike from the 195/50's to 195/55's , I am still tempted to move up to a set of 17" alloys with some 205/40's I'm just a little bit undecided as yet , quite a few years ago I had some15"...
