The JH suffix on the number plate makes it a Maidenhead area car- possibly first registered with Citroen UK in Slough- mine was too.
looks very smart in silver- gives it a modern look, plus it will not fade to pink like my red one.

I would change the oil and filter before trying to start it. The oil was probably old before the car was stored. Plus turn it over on the starter for 30 seconds or so with the coil disconnected so the oil gets a chance to circulate before the motor is fired up. Cars deteriorate surprisingly quickly ...
