they dont have one for long term illness lol! I was trying to put on my dad as named driver but he actually increased my policy costs for that reason. Putting my girlfriend on reduced the cost by well over £100, result! (Putting my mum on as well reduced it by a further £2, lol... I left her on for...

Presumably re-doing the wiring with something thicker (dental floss for ex...

I've just reinsured mine with elephant, this had better be a good year for me and the BX to make up for the cost! Ouch, my poor wallet... On the plus side, it's the first time I have ever had everything on the policy 100% right, which feels good!... (no security, parked on the street in the worst po...

Good going Kitch, hoping mine will be that economical once I've sorted the exhaust! My girlfriend has a 1 litre Polo and is constantly amazed at how much petrol my car drinks

footnote: look at us comparing economy, on the 16v forum... what have we become?!

I did have to give them a couple of hours tlc! My eyes got a bit sore and I couldn't work out why... then, "ah of course, it would be because I have powdered alloy wheel in them"... hmm. I put some sunglasses on as makeshift safety goggles. The neighbours gave me some funny looks :D Anyone...

Well, mine is going to have one heated and one not! Unless my current passenger one is heated and I can sort out why it doesn't adjust up/down.

How does the heating in them work? Is it on all the time?

Antifreeze?

What's the best antifreeze? Mine loses a bit of water and I'm worried it might be running on plain water by now - it lost quite a bit last winter. Just occurred to me! How much should you put in to take care of a full system?
