Dare I say, way more special than a GTI or a 16v.

Price is up there but as with anything special, you pay to play!
Past 16v's: 89 Ph1 Black, 90 Ph2 Grey, 89 Ph2 Black, 91 Ph2 Grey, 91 Ph2 Black.

Now. 94 Datsun Silvia S14 rice rocket, 85 Peugeot 505 Turbo, 77 Ford Capri.

This has been well discussed over on the Bx club forum.

Only made in left hand drive and never imported into the Uk right hand drive market.

There were / are a couple that a guy in Scotland owns but I've never seen them at a show and he might not have them anymore.

The seller bought it from France earlier this year and got it UK registered and an MOT but he started with a good car in the first place in my opinion. Probably paid less than half what the asking price is now as there are a lot more of these in France.

I agree with Jez, way more special than a GTI or a 16V due to it's rarity and being a Mk1 Bx but not more performance than a 16V :D

Apparently the two in Scotland still exist. Tim Leech was talking to the owner at the ICCCR.

Not sure why I'm spending time on here when I should be in the garage working on the Phase 1 but.... Oh yeah, it's freeeeeezinggg!!

The seller frequents frenchcarforum a fair bit, he and his pops are dealer types who lost a big storage barn so had to clear a lor of 'stock'
buy em cheap as possible, tart them up and whack em out top book, generally,
is a lovely looking motor though and Proper rare now!
