Ultrasonic cleaner

Post by Vanny »

Like most Valver owners, I've got a stock of spares. Having recently sheared a rear brake calliper nipple, I knew I was going to need to rebuild on of the old ones, but the filthy state of them was really putting me off. I figured it was time to go hardcore on the cleaning and order an Ultrasonic Cleaner.

The results have been great so far.

Good enough I knocked up a video review!

I saw it on the BX Project along with a few other posts by someone called M. I may look into one of those, very handy for stripped carbs and loads of other intricate parts.
Prefer it to the Lamborghini, like Signor Gandini!

I've also used an Ultrasonic cleaner for the brake calipers. It worked like a charm.
