I'm bias but I'd recommend my Dad's garage:
M & M Garage Services
13D Queensway
Stem Lane Industrial Estate
New Milton
Hants
01425 638667

He trained as a Pug/Citroen/Talbot mechanic so he know's his way round a BX! And he's also opened an MoT station in the unit next door. And the unit the otherside is a very good bodywork/modding place, so everything you could need :)

heres one i have used last november...had 2 shiny sm maserati's onsite aswell...nice :) they did me a new heater tap and heater matrix (which included anti freeze drain and refill) and all top half water cooling hoses for about £400 parts and labour..they seemed to know what they are doing... they have, or did have a visa van with an Mi16 engine in (from a bx write off)

TKS Motors
Prescot Street (i think)
Liverpool (behind the hospital, by Fort Knox)
0151 709 9544

General garage, not specifically Cits but they are used to them (as you'll see by the owners 806 and ZX Volcane which have sat there for some 6 years) and the mechanic Paul isn't too afraid of the green stuff! They do there own MOT's as well.

ollies your man for stuff in the midlands i suspect, if he can't do it him self then he can probably tell you someone who can.

or go have a look at http://www.bxproject.co.uk/ and there are 6 listed in the midlands, 4 within a short distance from derby and one actually within derby;

I'll second John @ Witmun Engineering.
He's just fitted new wishbones, ball joints and driveshafts to mine.
