H reg BX 16v in black

Post by Kitch »

Carl and I have finished the black ph2 16v we have, so its now for sale. Thought we'd offer it to the owners clubs first, as black 16v's don't come around that often!

H reg, 118k miles, MOT til Oct 07.

Its a black ph2 with Monza interior. Hasn't covered more than 25miles since the MOT which included new spheres, wheel bearings and fuel lines to name a few.

Its a great runner, one of the quicker examples I've seen. No smoke whatsoever, starts on the button. Body is fairly good, but there are some chips on the spoiler and on the bonnet. The bumper also has some stone chipping....its no worse than average, but shows up due to the colour of the car. The N/S/F arch spat has crazed slightly too, but the paint in general is very good and shines well as you can see in the pics.

No leaks, LHM or otherwise and hydraulics work well in general. Tints on rear windows and screen.

No real rust to speak of, other than a small patch next to the drivers door handle where someone perhaps tried to break in. Its still totally solid, just a bit unsightly. Theres also a patch under the drivers door where its been dented in the past, right at the bottom. Would hammerite out easily.

Also comes with sunroof deflector :D

Looking for £795ono. Please contact for further details.

Cheers

do you want this moving to the owners club section for now, or happy that the price will put off the vultures?

If only I had room :x , looks like it has the same exhaust as mine, Cit-tuning.
Two black ones would look good! Mud flaps as well.
Prefer it to the Lamborghini, like Signor Gandini!

Could we move it back please? I put it in the general section because (not being funny), everytime a car comes up and gets put in the members area....nothing happens....not even on silly cheap cars that need saving. Plus people on here already own one more likely than not, so they're probably not gonna buy another.

Whereas a potential BX 16v enthusiast may be browsing the site, see this ad and decide to have a pop and realise their dream! I think the condition and price will fend off the vultures, not to mention the fact I'd refuse to sell it to one after the graft Carl and I have plumped into it.

Plus we both like it

Kitch,

Very nice and hope you get a sale on here or the Bxclub.

If not, then the strength of sales on ebay at the moment should see your £795ono I'd hope.
