By November I had bought this:
A 2.5 V6 for 500 squid. It had a very broken engine and some corrosion issues, not mention some light crash damage......
I spent the winter out in the cold stripping the whole car and then re-building it

Thanks, they're 250 as standard with euro 3 spec emiisions gear - 3 cats in the exhaust, with the euro 2 headers (tubular, no cats) a de-cated centre section and a remap I'm expecting around 280 - 290bhp.Daniel B wrote:Very very impressive Chris, like the subtle understated sleeper look, is it badged as a sleeper?

I doused them in brake cleaner to remove the oil, cleaned the up with a brass wire brush in an electric drill, blasted them with a plasticote primer, then 3 coats of alfa titainium grey, hand painted the script then gave them 2 coats of laquer.Andy G wrote:how did you get the plug covers so clean?
