Tyres

Post by tim leech »

I went to order a tyre today to fit on the new alloy I purchased on the bay of E, rather dischuffed to find that Good Year Eagle NCT 5s are now deleted and no longer available, so I have 3 of those and cant get the 4th to match!

Anyone know where I can get one.

Thanks mate, bearing in mind that I can normally get them for about £50 each.

If worst comes to the worst I will ave to get a pair of michelins and replace both rears but dont like mixing tyres.

£50 a tyre
Bl##dy hell tim, i had a pair of them fitted on mine for £70!
i wouldnt get any more as imo they are a bit pantsickle! (come up well when tyre slick'd mind!) although better than the later G8's! theyare just plain poo!
You may find that you can pick up a half decent part warn one as a last resort relatively cheaply?? there is a place down here (bodelva - used to be french connection car spares for the cornish ones!!) where brother had two uniroyal part warns (6mm on one and 5 mm on the other - 8mm is brand new) fitted for £40 on his V6! and as you can prolly get them fitted at work (guessing you have a tyre bay at the dealers??) you could save a quid or two??

After all i am the Cornish one!
