Latest championship positions have the team moving back up one to 7th overall 8) and holding a solid second in class. 8)

This is not a late bulletin, it really does take the organisers 10 days or so to work out the points. Scoring system is tad complex to say the least and having nearly 80 competitors probably does not help either !

Bertie now has new callipers, discs, and pads, along with some Goodrich hoses fitted up front. Fuel tank has been thoroughly cleaned and refitted, new filter and pipelines altered to give better flow. Bit more cleaning before Saturday, but is ready to go if the weather does not want to play ball.

Round 8, almost a disaster. Accident in qualifying, carried on for another 2 and a half laps to qualify and bed in brakes, it left us 8th in class out of ten. Race one 6th despite terrible problems with steering. Bent rod end and a broken wishbone were found but did not make it for race 2.

Round 9. 2 x 4th in class and enough points to guarantee 2nd in class championship. Not bad considering the 2 speed gear box.

Unofficial championship positions have been sorted. We are still 9th overall and should remain in the top 12 at worst.
