The MOT man he say.......YES!

Post by Toddman »

I got the white valver mot'd on friday morning and we are all good to go :D
My mate pointed out a couple of advisories but one of them was an inner rack joint which I told him about and the other was passenger side handbrake cable braket it seeems to have broken, the actual wire appears to have snapped so a tie wrap is now holding things away from the wheel but I will be sorting out a replacement ASAP.

Shockingly the car has not been polished since august 2006  but it has been washed afew times so friday afternoon I gave her a wash and chammy and was pleasantly suprised at the results but of course will be doing a proper polish and wax once I have changed the exhaust and done a few little servicing jobs.

Few pics here - http://www.bx16valve.co.uk/Files/white1.zip

Cheers

car looks mint bro-nice one on the MOT  . i end up having to take my car over to my folks for my WOF, as the guys over there know my dad, and so know citroens! Otherwise the guys where i live always manage to find something wrong with it  Nice valver mate.
Would rather be driving ONE 16v,than fixng TWO.

Yeah it definitely pays to use someone who knows citroens :)
Old girl looks clean but there is not shine there LOL! so when I have done the little tidying up jobs it will be a proper polish and wax along with a good clean of the interior then hopefully the sun will still be shining so I can take some good pics 8)

Congrats young Luke!

If you want to take piccies before the sun shines you best get polishing like the devil!
