Sorry Mark, its too late now, the money is already earmarked for some sensible and silly stuff. I may as well let someone who will enjoy it lavish some care (I hope). Its not goodbye regarding 16vs just au revoir.
Remember ive done less than 1500 miles in her in nearly 5 years . If I had known what a nail it was in 2006 im not sure if I would have bothered, the car I sold in 98 was sorted, 8 years later she was very tired, but back to good health again now though!
Hope it all works out for you then Tim , remember though there are still a few good Zx16v's worth saving I got a cracker here which I'm hoping to keep for a very long time , hoping to get to some shows next year so you might see her , Mark
Although you have followed paragraph 4 clause 11 in the Associations handbook:
Once you have purchased a Bx Phase 1 16V (hence forward refered to as the "car") said car may not be sold or traded against or for any other motor vehicle, service or goods unless being replaced by a Bx Phase 2 16V.
What's the plan for the existing car, don't make me come over there and buy it off you

Mike, what do the regulations say about a former Phase 1 owner (who incidentally did sell it to get a Phase 2 as permitted) wanting to 'return to the fold?' (Matt? )
