It is with sadness that I report the death of John, he was a good friend, generous and giving. I will miss him.

Words fail me.
I too have not seen John for sometime, but am shellshocked by this news.
Spent many an hour talking about all sorts of motor vehicles in his upstairs office, he had some fabulous tales about his motoring exploits over the years. A proper genuine enthusiastic bloke and petrolhead, and always had time for a chat or to give some advice.
Condolences to John's family.
