Hi all,
Does anyone know where I could find some of the High compression D6C/XU9J4 pistons? They're the ones with "Z" stamped on the crown.
My car has the DFW/XU9J4Z with the "X" stamped pistons that sit much further down the bore.
I'm not looking to buy immediately, more checking out availability/feasibility.
Cheers,
Chris

I have a couple of sets of D6C pistons. The DFW ones actually only have 0.8mm less on the piston crowns reducing the comp ratio from 10:4:1 to 9:7:1.I have a set of DFW's in a D6C because its supercharged. You will also need to change the cam pullys. Also if you change the pistons i think you need a number 2# and 3# Cam pullys which I also have.
Let me know if you want them
cheers
