Not wanting to be too OCD but with everything that is going on I am considering my options for my alloy wheel bolts.
The black bolt heads are now pretty rough in appearance and I am wondering if anyone has some god ideas about the best way to refurb them and make them look pretty.
I think paint is not going to be hard enough and honestly do not have much powder coating info, but my idea is to use an old gun barrel coating technique involving a blow torch and black waste oil, I used to refurb air rifles years ago and found the oil and heat method was much better than the chemical gun bluing agents available at that time.
Thoughts please?
