hi there,
well to be honest apart from the older looking interior and the old style front indicators i think it looks better than the 16v. this is the first be sport ive ever seen. but i think the body kit is much nicer.

1989 BX 16v ph1 Big project chipped, k+N, scorpion s/s, weber throttle body, Nitrous injection
1990 BX 16v ph2 (now scrapped)

I never got used to the quirky rear arches on the sport.
But the front bumper is very similar to our Ph2 item we got 4 years later!
Still, looks damn cheap for such a rarity (even tho it is a leftie) and LOOK at the condition underneath!
I recall there being a 'Sport' bodykit available a couple of years back but i can't think where from, does anyone know? Is it still available? (might have been CitTuning).

I've seen that BX Sport on a French BX Forum. http://www.yaronet.com/forum.php?s=432
A white BX in mint condition that was on ebay not long ago, was there too.

It's not cheap!

This sport was also on our dutch forum, it's never been restored, was from an older guy and seems to be in perfect condition. In France they are not so rare. also in holland you can fairly easy find them but indeed, when mint you've got to pay top money for themjayw wrote:I think it's either been restored or very well loked after... it's got 116,000 KM on it! Wish mine looked like that at 70,000 miles!
prices vary from 1000 upto 5000 euro's and everything in between...
Why not build a BX sport mk2/3 yourself???
As far as I know the only BX sport mk3 on the world is in my hometown. I helped building it.
My BX is at the moment also being converted to BX Sport.
Small detail is that I don't use the mk1 front with small repeaters but the mk3 sidewings with Sport wings on it. And I use a Arndt-tuning frontbumper.
