Insurance!!!!

i remember back in 1999 my insurance for a bx gti 8v was £1100 tpft gone are those days thank god

i can honestly say that i have never paid over 500 for any insurance on my cars! My first was 494 for my mini1000! (that was 1995 whent he car only cost 325!!) then the year after it was 291! then i bought the 309gti and that was 410! (at 19 and motor trade decalred!) then it dropped to 300 in the end then the bx put it up to 390!i must have been lucky i guess!

£749 TPFT was my highest premium and that was back in the early 90s when I was about 23 and had a Delta HF turbo but the BX I had shortly after was GRP14 and the same as the Delta although the BX was quicker in std form but the HF was so easy to tune having a carb all you had to do was give a little more boost 1600 twin cam turbo hmmm lovely but still preferred the mi.
