I suppose a quest for working front foglights either entire or in bits is hopeless. Mine are like something from an archaeological dig. So yours probably are as well.New ones are still listed by Citroen but at £50 each.
Oh well, I thought I'd try.

you can often stumble acros them in breakers yards as the ax's and 309 gti's also had the same ones! clio ones are Slightly bigger than tthe std ones on ours but do fit fine (what i have on mine) and are often a bit cheaper!!
a couple of years ago one of the tuning companies i think it was peter maidens of fastforward motorsport used to stock them at £35 each??
they do pop up on ebay every so often but so many people want them the dont last long!

I bought genuine brand new Citroen ones off ebay a little while back, still in the blister pack, for £55 inc postage IIRC.

They do turn up now and then, needs patience though!

Thanks Timmo. Never thought I'd be chasing after scrapped Clios but that's just the sort of information that makes clubs so interesting. I've got another non-BX item, a ZX leather rimmed steering wheel. Much better than the BX one.
