BE1 gearbox from Citroen BX 16v

almost all i know about it, came from doc, no use to me as i'm using a be3, i know not of its history but given its source i would assume it works just fine. What you see is what you get!

It's from a very high mileage car, over 150K miles IIRC.
I only "drove" the box once a very short distance (across Bristol) and I think 3rd gear synchro was getting a bit weak, but the diff made no noise and there was no backlash.
Should do someone a sterling turn.

what one is be1? how do you identify the type?
1989 BX 16v ph1 Big project chipped, k+N, scorpion s/s, weber throttle body, Nitrous injection

the one for sale is BE1 (there is only one for sale)!

the biggest lever is flat on a be1, or round on a BE3

BE1 is up and left for reverse, BE3 is down and right for reverse.
