Apparently popping bubble wrap is supposed to be calming and instinctive because it lends itself to our primevil side back when we groomed each others hair for bugs etc like the monkeys still do.

Works for me.....
I once knew a working girl (unprofessionally I might add) who aquired an injury and couldn't "work" for a while. I offered her a loan untill she could get back on her back! :D :D :D
