When things go wrong

This is what can happen on gravel roads, combined with a front heavy 4x4 pick up truck.
I was driving home with my Son at a steady 40mph when the rear end of the truck started to have a mind of its own, I wrestled with it for probably 300 yards when it finally got the better of me and threw us sideways through a barbed wire fence to its resting place, pretty lucky it did'nt roll to be honest, on another day I think it would have.

Thats a pretty hard knock until you can break the axle.

IT must be a punctured tyre for the car to sway like that.

If in a Cit never can this happen.

I have had countless tyre blowouts highest at
85mph in my GSA and CX and nothing happenned just
slight shake at the st. wheel.
Anyway tahnk god you n son are ok.

Yeah could have been a blow out I guess I did not hear that rear tyre blow but it was flat after the crash, but that could have been the impact !
Anyway the truck is all repaired now and looking like new again....total cost $15000, I wont ever drive it again though
