Where to get 16v HT leads?

Post by kriskarrera »

The HT leads available from Euro Car Parts and GSF, what are they like?
Is there anywhere else to get them?
Main dealer would obviously be about £3446, assuming they still have them available.

Thanks

Halfords, special order Bosch silicone, no trade discount but £45 all in, so far i've been very impressed with them.

Also seen them on a VW Golf shop on the internet for magnecore leads for about £50. will try and remember where they can be got

Thanks Vanny.

I also found these searching on the net: http://www.performanceleads.co.uk/Image ... asp?id=174
Wonder if they're any good.

Graham Goode Racing in Leicester will do you magnecore leads via mailorder.

I've had 2 sets from them and no complaints.

Thanks for your replies.
They've been on the car 5 years so they're about due for replacement right?

Std bougicord from GSF are Ok and cost about £25 just be carefull about not kinking them and replace every 3 yrs or so along with dizzy cap!!

But in fairness Bosch ones are better so could use them as vanny suggests,
remember in 5 years time when its missing, don't asume its not the leads just cos you rememebr cahnging them once!!!
I remember changing them on my first car - its still in a scrapy being made into freezers!
