iirc the siamese section makes it a 8-2-1 rather than an 8-1??
the siamesed section gives the gasses a better flow through the pipe,
hopefully someone with a little more zaust knowledge will help shortly!!!!

Actually it's technically an 8-4-2-1 8)

Try explaining that when you're pissed! But yeah the divider gives better flow.

cossie, are you staying near Luton/Dunstable area.
My sis stays at Breachwood Green, near Luton.
When I last came to UK during the DS 50th B'dat in 10/05
I went around scouting for used parts and ended up in
a breaker yard after Dunstable on the way to Milton Keynes.
I think it has a name with the no.5 attached ,it has a lot of french cars
there for breaking and I bought a few ECU's for ZX 1.9 and a dash
for the XM series 1.
I also remember a breaker yard in Dunstable when I came first in '89.
There were also a lot of Cits there like the GS and CX then
but they were stacked on top of each other.
But this time around I couldn find that breaker yard.-

Yes,surjit25.I'm not too far from there.
The one in Dunstable has gone. The other one dont seem to get any 16v's in any more. Its called A5 Breakers, have used them a few times.
I have been promised a new one this Friday, see how it goes.If we dont get it,we might just get a stainless one made up.I know a few places that'll do that.
Cheers

So you stay in Dunstable or Luton?
Do you go there often to A5, yup, thats what it's called.
Do these guys send out parts overseas?
If you go there next check and see if any XM series 1
dash panel is available (just the dot matrix and blower control
part) in good nick and XM series 2 door wing mirrors are available.
The last time I paid 20 quid for the dash part but I removed it myself.

If they can't send maybe you could help me ,I don't mind paying you
some extra for yr effort.

I am not actually in Luton or Dunstable.I am about 4 miles north of Luton,on the A6.I havent been to A5 for a long time,as the last time they didnt have any BX's at all.
I think they have a website, not sure. And yes I think they ship stuff.
